Home Precepts, Inc. (HPI) provides quality residential
inspections to home buyers and owners. The HPI service
consists of a visual inspection of the property and covers
the following house elements/systems:
The inspection is done at fee under agreement between the
client and HPI. The result of the inspection is a written
report delivered to the client describing the findings. HPI
provides follow-up consultation to the client after delivery of
the report if there are any questions or issues.
