How We Inspect
HPI has adopted the Standards of Practice for Inspecting
Homes (SoP) developed by the Georgia Association of Home
Inspectors (GAHI).  This SoP guides the inspection process
and the reporting for any HPI inspection.

The SoP used by HPI has significant value to the client.

  • The process used by HPI to inspect a home is tangible
    and documented.  The client has full visibility to the
    approach.

  • The HPI approach is tailored and proven.  The client
    can take comfort that the standard HPI uses for its
    inspections has been developed by Georgians and is
    focused on Georgia residential construction.

  • The client can expect a comprehensive inspection.
    HPI's effort is dictated not by time but by the scope of
    the inspection.
